Cancellation terms

The following cancellation terms apply after payment has been received:

• If cancellation is made more than 2 weeks before the seminar the full registration fee will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation later than 2 weeks before the seminar the seminar fee is non-refundable. However, in special circumstances the Lundbeck Institute may offer you a place in another seminar.
• If you are unable to attend, a colleague of the same level and experience can take your place: this needs to be notified at least 5 days before the start of the seminar.
