Apply for participation
The Lundbeck Institute seminars are open for all. The seminars run from Monday to Friday and take place in the town of Skodsborg only 20 minutes North of Copenhagen.
How to apply for participation
- Fill out the seminar application form using the link below (the fields marked with a red asterisk are required fields).
The application deadline is 2 months before the requested seminar in order for us to complete all necessary planning.
- Upon receipt of your application we will contact you regarding availability. If the requested seminar week has an opening, we will send you the detailed programme for the seminar week.
- Our accounting department will send an invoice, which is to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to the seminar. Kindly make sure to refer to the invoice number in order for us to register your payment.
Please note that your participation is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Upon confirmation of payment we will send you a pre-questionnaire and some general information regarding the seminar week in Skodsborg, Denmark.
