Notes and Text

This section allows for the addition of free text into the records and is accessible at any time. These notes record any other information that has not been recorded elsewhere or where the psychiatrist feels that further comments are needed. A detailed status report for a combination of one or more visits can also be printed from the system. This report can then, if needed, be filed in a patient file. The printed reports include all data entered during a visit and reflect all changes made to patient records as well as results from rating scales used. The psychiatrist is also able to write and print referral letters and follow-up reports.
