Diagnosis and episodes

The system includes both the DSM IV and the ICD10 diagnostic systems. The ICD-10 diagnosis is entered using the codes for each of the disorders and is divided into psychiatric and somatic diagnoses.

For the DSM-IV diagnoses the 5-axis diagnosis is recorded with axis 1 offering primary plus four other possible psychiatric diagnoses.
