MD, consultant neurologist and head physician, the Memory Clinic, Rigshospitalet University Hospital, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Dr Hasselbalch also holds a part-time senior research fellowship at Rigshospitalet's Neurobiology Research Unit. His research interests include regional brain glucose metabolism using PET and functional imaging of neurotransmitter systems in dementia disorders and their relationship to neuropsychiatric symptoms.
